This document sets out all the terms and policies that apply to using the mcw platform. Please read carefully before using the service.

General Provisions and Applicability
By accessing the mcw platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and mcw.
These terms apply to all mcw services — including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, and any promotional offers. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.
mcw reserves the right to change, amend, or add new provisions to these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication, and continued use of the platform will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration and User Responsibilities
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account with mcw, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all such accounts will be closed.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
After registration, mcw may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require submission of a copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. mcw will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from sharing login credentials with a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, you must notify the support team immediately.
- Each account is registered in the name of a specific individual.
- Transferring or selling an account to another person is prohibited.
- Registering with false information may result in account cancellation.
- All contact information must be kept up to date at all times.
Age Limit and Eligibility to Participate
The minimum age to participate in casino games or sports betting on the mcw platform is 21 years. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or use the service. mcw may request proof of age verification at any time.
If an account is opened by providing false age information, all winnings earned from that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Adults in the household are requested to remain vigilant to ensure underage individuals do not access the platform.
Important: This service is for persons aged 21 and above only. It is every guardian's responsibility to prevent minors from gaining access.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on mcw is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). mcw never accepts payments to third-party accounts — only registered payment gateways must be used.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the account registered in the depositor's name.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
- Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.
4.3 Account Currency
All transactions on the mcw platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions are not supported and cryptocurrency is not accepted.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus is granted equal to the deposit amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. If a withdrawal of the bonus balance is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
Bonus example: On a deposit of ৳16,200 the bonus is ৳8,000, balance becomes ৳24,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳8,000 × 25 = ৳2,00,000.
5.3 Promotional Offers
mcw regularly provides various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the offers page. One promotion may not be used together with another unless specifically stated.
- Bonuses apply only against real money deposits.
- Bonus funds should not be represented as cash.
- Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering calculations.
- mcw reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
Betting Rules and Game Policy
6.1 Bet Validity
Every bet placed on mcw is considered final; however, mcw reserves the right to void a bet in cases of technical error or incorrect odds. In sports betting, bets placed before a match begins will be settled according to the applicable rules.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server issues, network disconnection, or software errors, mcw will use the game provider's log data to determine the outcome of that game. Winnings of an abnormal amount resulting from an error may be voided.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
- Abnormal betting patterns exploiting incorrect odds or bonus opportunities.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Betting using match fixing or inside information.
- Colluding with other users to place bets for unfair advantage.
If evidence is found of involvement in the above prohibited activities, the account will be permanently closed and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Account Suspension, Restrictions and Closure
7.1 Suspension by mcw
mcw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Providing false identity or age information.
- Non-cooperation with identity verification.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
7.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advised to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Control
mcw believes that sports and casino games are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We provide various control tools to protect our users.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, it is advised to first contact the mcw support team directly. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. If a resolution is not reached through the support team, an attempt will be made to settle the dispute through negotiation.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
mcw will not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses. If a technical issue causes a service disruption, mcw will work to resolve it as quickly as possible, but will not be liable for any compensation in that regard.

Miscellaneous Provisions and Entire Agreement
11.1 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of any promotion together form the entire agreement between mcw and the user. Any previous oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms becomes legally unenforceable, all other provisions will remain fully effective. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by the nearest valid alternative.
11.3 Mobile App
The mcw Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These terms apply equally to use of the app.
